We quality check every bag before final shipment. We will send you pre-shipment pics and videos of your bag within 24 hrs after payment clearance for you to confirm that everything is ok. Once you give your consent only then we ship your order and not before that. So its quite unlikely that you will receive any defective product. But still in case you do happen to receive any defective bag or wrong order then we accept returns within 10 days of you receiving your order. Once we receive your returned order we will refund your full money within 24 hrs.
